Effective Date: January 7, 2025 | Last Updated: January 7, 2025

Futuro Corporation ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Futuro Analytics mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using Futuro Analytics, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

When you create an account and use Futuro Analytics, we collect the following personal information:

Account Information: We collect your email address and encrypted password when you register for an account. Your email address is used for authentication purposes and to link your account to your unique agent identifier.

Agent Identification: Each user account is associated with a unique agent ID that corresponds to your conversational AI agent on the ElevenLabs platform. This identifier allows us to retrieve and display analytics data specific to your agent.

Analytics and Usage Data

The App displays analytics data retrieved from ElevenLabs API services, including:

Call Data: Information about conversations handled by your AI agent, including call duration, timestamps, completion status, and conversation summaries.

Performance Metrics: Aggregated statistics such as total calls, success rates, average call duration, and evaluation scores based on predefined criteria.

Conversation Content: Transcripts, summaries, and analysis of conversations between your AI agent and end users. This data is retrieved from ElevenLabs servers and displayed within the App for your review.

Tool Usage Data: Information about which conversational tools and features your AI agent utilized during interactions.

Technical Information

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the App:

Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device, including device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features accessed, time spent in the App, and navigation patterns.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the Futuro Analytics service, including authenticating your identity, retrieving your analytics data from ElevenLabs, and displaying performance metrics within the App.

Communication: To send you important notifications about your account, service updates, and analytics reports. You can configure notification preferences within the App settings.

Analytics and Improvement: To understand how users interact with the App, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features that enhance the user experience.

Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraudulent activity, and violations of our Terms of Service.

Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.

Data Storage and Security

Data Storage

Authentication Data: Your email address and encrypted password are stored securely in our PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt encryption before storage.

Analytics Data: The analytics data displayed in the App is retrieved in real-time from ElevenLabs API services. We do not permanently store conversation transcripts, call recordings, or detailed analytics data on our servers. This data remains on ElevenLabs infrastructure and is accessed on-demand when you use the App.

Session Data: Temporary session tokens are stored locally on your device to maintain your authenticated state. These tokens expire after a period of inactivity.

Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

Encryption: All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage.

Access Controls: Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel who require access to perform their job functions. We maintain strict internal policies regarding data access and handling.

Infrastructure Security: Our backend services are hosted on Railway, a secure cloud platform that implements industry-standard security practices including regular security updates, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

Third-Party Security: Analytics data is retrieved from ElevenLabs, which maintains its own security infrastructure and practices. We recommend reviewing ElevenLabs' privacy policy and security documentation for information about how they protect your conversational AI data.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice in the App before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
